Quotes and project scope
The basic static website price is ₹4,999 per project. Dynamic websites start at approximately ₹29,000, with custom add-ons quoted separately. Enterprise, marketing and video work is scoped individually. Final deliverables, taxes, external costs, payment schedule, review rounds and timing are set out in a written proposal or agreement.
Delivery and changes
Project timelines depend on the agreed scope and timely provision of content, access, feedback and approvals. Changes to an agreed scope may affect fees and delivery dates and will be discussed before additional work proceeds.
Client materials and ownership
Clients should have permission to use the materials they supply. Ownership, licences, handover and use of third-party assets are covered in the project agreement.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation, refund and payment terms are agreed in writing for each project before it begins. No payments are collected through this website.
Results and external platforms
Marketing performance depends on factors such as the offer, market, budget and platform conditions. Specific revenue, ranking, lead volume or advertising returns are not guaranteed. External service availability is outside Decipher’s direct control.
